So far, so good! I just installed this product in my neighbor's 1998 Volvo V70 XC. I like that it comes with the correct o-rings and adhesive foam seal; the OEM unit is sold without these! Replacement is pretty easy. The trick is to disconnect the quick-release heater hoses in the engine bay and use a length of rubber hose to blow air into the upper firewall connection. Compressed air works even better for this. That way the heater core will be mostly empty of coolant and you won't dump any on the carpet. I'd also recommend popping the AC drain hose out of the floor, as it tends to get hung up on the bottom of the heater core during removal/re-installation. Good luck!
